PTFE (XYLAN) COATING SOLUTION
Our organization offer application of factory and site based specialist coatings and linings on oil, gas, refinery, water and power industrial facilities, Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene that has numerous applications. PTFE coatings are non-stick fluoropolymer coatings, which have very high operating temperature, exceptionally low coefficient of friction, good chemical resistance and abrasion resistance. Our PTFE coating systems are applied using conventional compressed air driven spraying techniques. The coatings are supplied as liquids and are decanted into either gravity fed or pressure fed spraying equipment. PTFE coating process has outstanding release capabilities and can withstand a maximum use temperature of 600°F, higher than any fluoropolymer. This coating is typically applied to a thickness of 1-3 mils.
